Kent Greig is a highly experienced M&A and corporate advisory professional:

- 75 completed transactions, directly leading a wide range of $100m to $5bn sized public market and private treaty transactions

Kent was formerly a Managing Director of Flagstaff Partners, a Director and Head of the newly formed M&A Group at Credit Suisse Australia and an Associate Director of Macquarie Bank.

Kent has diverse sector expertise comprising industrials, healthcare, infrastructure, financial institutions, technology and property.

Kent has substantial cross-border experience, having successfully completed numerous transactions in Australia but also USA (x2), India, Japan (x2), Korea, China, Taiwan, UAE, Qatar, New Zealand, France, Denmark and Germany (x3).

Kent holds Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Science from Melbourne University and is a full member of the Insitute of Public Accountants.

Kent was a Board member of Domino’s Pizza Japan between 2013-2018, having led the advice on the acquisition.

Graeme has had a long career as a Chair, NED and CEO, with a strong track record of shareholder value creation through performance improvement, organic growth and successful M&A.

Graeme has particular experience in steel, mining, non-ferrous metals, ports, rail, infrastructure, industrial services, oil and gas, electricity generation including renewables, transmission and retailing.  He has been accountable for global operations covering Australia, NZ, USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, India, Middle East, Chile, Suriname, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, UK, Norway, West Africa, South Africa and Mozambique.

He was formerly the MD and CEO of AGL as well as Chair and a NED prior to accepting the MD role.  He was the MD and CEO of Broadspectrum and Lihir Gold and spent several decades at BHP including as President of Uranium, Aluminium and Iron Ore groups.

Graeme has been involved as Chair or CEO in various substantial billion-dollar transactions, including the acquisitions of AGL, Broadspectrum and Lihir Gold.  He brings substantial C-Suite transaction experience which combines well with the expertise of career M&A bankers.

He is the Chairman of Bis and a NED of Future Battery Industries Co-operative Research Centre.

David Fidge is a highly experienced M&A and corporate advisory professional:

David was formerly a Director at Jarden Australia and a Vice President at Flagstaff Partners.

David has a diverse sector experience comprising industrials, healthcare, infrastructure, resource, technology, financial institutions and property.

Core clients have included Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services),  Boral, Regis Healthcare, Jemena, Austin Engineering, The Australian National University and The University of Tasmania.
